Digital Design, Print Design, Environments Design, Experience Strategy - With WD Partners
We were tasked by Huntington to innovate on the retail banking experience to help drive a younger generation back into the branch. To do this, we developed a test-and-learn environment to provide an interative approach to research that allows for continued evolution, enable ongoing learning, and give real-time customer feedback.
The WD team designed 3 branch experiences that were both visually and functionally true to Huntington’s “welcome”. In these environments, the experiences facilitated one-on-one conversations between bankers and customers, as well as independent customer engagement with educational digital tools.
In developing this space, we created banking experiences unique to the client’s key customer types, redesigned the physical bank to showcase Huntington’s digital banking tools, and even gave those famous Huntington pens a well-deserved display moment.
